1. Scope and contact
Movo is provided by OneN Design. This policy covers the current app and movo.onen.design. For privacy questions and rights requests, email skyeanything@gmail.com.
2. Data on your device
Your exercises, repetitions, durations, sets, rest settings, workout arrangements and completion records are stored locally for workout guidance and review. The exercise library is in an on-device database. Appearance and language preferences also stay on your device.
The current app has no accounts, does not read Apple Health, and does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access. It has no developer-operated cloud sync. Movo does not automatically upload local workout records to us.
3. Sharing, ratings and support
Share images are generated on your device. Only when you use the system share sheet are the selected image or website link passed to an app you choose. That recipient’s policies govern further processing. Images may include workout dates, exercises and summaries; check before sending.
Apple handles ratings through its system service. When you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send, solely to respond, investigate and resolve the request. Avoid including unnecessary health or identity information.
4. Website and external services
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies, and does not read workout records from the app. Visiting a page necessarily sends your IP address, request path, access time and browser information to the hosting service. The server may log technical information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults.
The app has no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may provide diagnostics or aggregate information according to your system settings. See App Store & Privacy for Apple’s processing.
Weibo, X, email and other linked services process information under their own policies. Email providers and Apple may process requests outside your region, subject to their terms, account settings and applicable law.
5. Retention, backups and deletion
Local records remain in the app container. Deleting Movo removes local app data. The iOS “Offload App” option retains documents and data and is not equivalent to “Delete App.”
iCloud device backups or computer backups may include app data. These are separate from in-app cloud sync and are controlled by your and Apple’s settings. Deleting the app does not delete existing backups, and restoring a backup may restore records. We cannot access or restore local records for you.
Support correspondence and necessary technical logs are retained only as needed to address requests, maintain security or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
6. Your choices and rights
You can adjust exercises and preferences and choose whether to share or contact us. Use “Delete App” in iOS to clear all local app data; manage backups separately in the relevant backup settings.
For information we actually hold, such as support correspondence, you may email requests for access, correction or deletion, or raise a complaint. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Without a workout-record server, we cannot export or delete on-device training data by email.
7. Minors, security and changes
Movo is not specifically designed for children. Minors should use it under a guardian’s guidance. Guardians can contact us about information voluntarily provided.
iOS sandboxing protects local data and the website uses HTTPS. No measure guarantees absolute security; protect your device and backups. Material changes to processing will be reflected here with an updated date and, where appropriate, in-app or release-note notices. We seek consent when required by law.
